Written and developed by labor & employment attorneys, our training program covers topics such as:
- What is diversity and why is it an important part of the organizational culture?
- How can I support workplace diversity?
- What is a stereotype?
- How your communication is filtered through your cultural perspective
- How to be culturally competent
Though some states currently require sexual harassment prevention training, diversity training is not yet mandated. Despite that, all employees share in the responsibility to create and maintain an environment that is inclusive and respectful to all. Moreover, we at Paragon expect to see required diversity training coming for organizations.
